What courses / qualifications have you completed through Eurocell?
Since joining Eurocell, I have done lots of internal training. I’m also excited to start an apprenticeship very soon thanks to the support of my manager.
What support have you had for your development within the company?
I have really benefited from weekly meetings with my manager where we discuss my personal development and any training opportunities. I have found the learning module on the new HR system particularly helpful and easy to use.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
The best part of my job is the people I work with.
What’s your proudest career moment at Eurocell?
The day our People XD (HR software) system went live.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
Biscuits are good, but doughnuts are king – it might be best to give up any hope you have of losing weight.
What advice would you give to a new starter with Eurocell?
If you want to progress in your career, make use of the tools that are available to you and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Eurocell is an extremely helpful company, and with over 2,000 employees, the (Eurocell) world is your oyster.
