​Working as part of our Operations Team within Manufacturing, Josh has enjoyed getting stuck into his role.

​What do you enjoy most about your role? 
As a new member in the team, I have really enjoyed the consistency and routine of my job. There has also been overtime, which I have appreciated.  

What’s your proudest career moment at Eurocell? 
I have managed to learn most lines in a short time.  

What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
It’s always important to ask for help or advice if you need it. I would say to prioritise learning the paperwork and focusing on quality.
