Michael

​Michael has thrown himself into learning and developing his career at Eurocell. Joining the team as an Extrusion Technician, he worked towards an FLT licence and is trained as a fire warden.

What do you enjoy most about your role? 
My role is very hands-on, which I enjoy, and every day is different. 

What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
Be prepared to work hard. Like all jobs it can get stressful at times, but it is very rewarding.

What courses / qualifications have you completed through Eurocell?
Since joining Eurocell I have got my forklift truck (FLT) licence. I have also been trained in slinging and lifting, and as a fire warden. 

What support have you had for your development within the company? 
I have had complete support since joining Eurocell. 

What advice would you give to a new starter with Eurocell? 
Keep in mind that hard work pays off.
