Working With Agencies
Our Approach
Our in-house recruitment team manage all talent acquisition for all of the Eurocell Group, and we are proud that the vast majority of our employees are recruited directly. However, we do engage the services of recruitment agencies from time to time.
Due to the high volume of requests from recruitment agencies, we need to apply appropriate levels of governance to any engagement.
Eurocell operates a PSL (Preferred Supplier List) which we strictly adhere to when looking to work with recruiters.
Here's how we work with agency partners
The infographic on the right shows our agency pathway. We require all agency partners to strictly adhere to our governance process.
We assign vacancies to any agencies that we want to engage via an agency portal. Agency partners must only work on vacancies that have been released to them via the portal, so that we maintain the correct GDPR and candidate ownership governance and reduce any unnecessary workloads caused by unsolicited calls and speculative emails. All recruitment is managed by the Eurocell Resourcing Team, and we politely request that they handle all communications, unless otherwise directed.
