Manufacturing & Recycling
We manufacture both PVC rigid and foam products in our centrally located extrusion facilities in Alfreton, Derbyshire.We also have two recycling facilities which puts recycling at the heart of our operation, and are proud to be the largest profile house with a closed loop recycling system, putting sustainablity and green credentials at the top of our recycling agenda.We currently have 68 extrusion lines, supported by a PVC compound mixing plant, along with a specialist manufacturing site for secondary operations. We operate a range of shift patterns offering a choice of flexibility to suit your circumstances.We have developed an industry leading solution, from collection through to processing, and sustainability is fundamental to the way Eurocell does business. Our proud legacy of environmental activity enables us to deliver improved sustainable solutions. We lead the way in closing the PVC-U resource loop, turning waste window and door frames into excellent, high performing new products, creating a truly circular economy.
